What we process

To run AI Outfit Changer, we process account details (such as your email), uploaded person and clothing images, generation requests and results, credit usage, and payment status. We also process technical data needed for security and abuse prevention. PayPal handles checkout; we receive transaction and subscription records, not your full card number.

Images and AI providers

Uploads and saved results are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Cloudflare also hosts the application and processes images for delivery. The service sends the images and instructions needed for a generation to Kie.ai using temporary, signed image access. For content safety checks, SeeAPI receives access to the images being checked and the generation instructions, including any style note you submit. Do not upload images that you are not permitted to use.

Account, email, and database providers

Sign-in uses Google. We receive your Google account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile image, to create and authenticate your account. Supabase hosts our PostgreSQL database, which stores account, session, task, credit, and payment records. When we send service emails, Resend processes the recipient address and message content. Messages sent to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's QQ Mail inbox.

These providers, including Cloudflare, Google, Supabase, Kie.ai, SeeAPI, Resend, PayPal, and QQ Mail, process the data needed for their respective services under their applicable terms and policies. The image retention schedule below describes this service's storage and does not guarantee the deletion schedule of third-party providers.

Image retention and deletion

Uploads are scheduled to expire after 24 hours. Free-preview results are scheduled to expire after 7 days, and paid results after 30 days. You can delete an image earlier from the service. Expired image content is removed by a scheduled cleanup process; task, payment, and security records may be kept separately where needed to operate the service or meet applicable obligations.

Access and choices

We use access controls to restrict stored images to the account holder and time-limited AI-provider access. You may contact us using the support email below to ask about your data or request a review of its deletion. We will handle requests according to the rules applicable to the operator and your location.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The date above reflects this document's text. The operator and contact details below are maintained separately in site settings.
